Family friendly Near lots of restaurants
Central location
Fantastic location close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities are very good and the staff are excellent especially the reception desk.
It was safe and quiet and good location and very nice and helpful staff members
The room was spacious and comfy, the buffet breakfast offered amazing variety, and the staff were extremely hospitable
Value for money, free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel (just one way?), free extra beds in both suites, swimming pool, various amenities just beside the hotel, such as groceries, barbershop, cafeterias, fast food shops. We didn’t use the restaurant, so we can’t evaluate it. The staff tried to be helpful as long as they can.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the check-in process very quick and smooth. Everyone was so friendly and always willing to assist. The location is excellent, and everything felt easy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options, and I really enjoyed it every morning. Another highlight was the music they played it created such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a warm atmosphere, and an overall enjoyable experience!
View and the staff
The staff were great, super friendly. The breakfast was simply amazing. They also had an Egyptian Night Dinner which was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff at the front desk, permitted an early check in several hours ahead of time. Convenient to several restaurants, but a bit of a distance to central Kuwait City - easy bus to get there and back though. Loved my view! Delicious breakfast as well.

I had airport shuttle when I arrived and when I left and it was extremely nice, clean room, comfortable pillows, nice location (all what you need is around and the sea is just a walking distance
